- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of desktop infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and reliability.
- Develop and enforce desktop-related IT policies, including security protocols, system configurations, and software installations.
- Collaborate with system administrators, engineers, and other members of our IT team to integrate desktop systems with overall IT infrastructure seamlessly.
- Provide escalated technical support for complex desktop-related issues, working closely with the support team to ensure prompt resolution.
- Implement and provide input support to the patch management processes to ensure desktop systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
- Monitor and analyze desktop system performance, conduct capacity planning, and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations, procedures, and support tickets. Generate regular reports on desktop performance and issue resolution.
- Provide support for on-site conference rooms as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Director, Service Desk.
- 1+ years of technical IT/Desktop Support experience required.
- 1+ years recent experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- MCSA, A+, Net+, VCA or similar industry certification desired, but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems including 10 & 11
- Excellent PC skills including knowledge of MS Office technologies and other common desktop applications.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and other common platforms
- IT Network skillset to include DHCP, DNS, firewalls, switches, and common network devices.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification desired, but not required.
- ServiceNow experience desired, but not required.
- Strong technical knowledge across operating systems, hardware, and common applications.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Tech Desktop Support II, you will take a key role in managing and optimizing the desktop infrastructure within our corporate and center environment. You will be responsible for overseeing desktop administration tasks, implementing IT policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment.

Paid Time Off:
