      Job Description

      The Brand Ads Team builds technologies that unlock business growth potential. This team owns several ads products: reservation ads, auction ads, and innovative content ads that enable advertisers and users to foster more awareness of their brand to attain their business goals. We work on the end-to-end ads delivery tech stack, including ads bidding, ranking, and forecasting. We are looking for seasoned engineers with strong problem-solving skills and algorithm understanding to build and manage systems with high performance, scalability, and availability. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with global engineering and product teams in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

      What you'll do:

      1. Create innovative monetization products that drive engagement and revenue.
      2. Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system.
      3. Develop and iterate on Ads algorithms using Machine Learning.
      4. Work on NLP and CV related technologies for content understanding and taxonomy.
      5. Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization with speed and quality.

      Requirements

      Qualifications:

      • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
      • Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in languages such as Go, C/C++, Python.
      • Critical thinking skills and ability to formulate clear solutions to problems.
      • Professional experience with machine learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems.
      • Good understanding of domains like brand ads, content ads, auction, bidding, ranking, and ads forecasting.
      • Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, recommendation systems, backend, large-scale systems, data science, or full-stack development.
      • Strong product sense and experience in designing and implementing product features.
