What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide support to the system administration and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot systems and operating systems using advanced networking principles
- Train system users and support personnel to improve system utilization
- Conduct research and development on new system manufacturers and evaluate interoperability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and/or testing of electronic security systems, or an Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience
- Reliable attendance at customer sites during required work hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- No security clearance is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with access control, intrusion detection, and closed-circuit television systems
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with SOP and SOW documentation
