What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Provide support to the system administration and engineering teams to troubleshoot systems and operating systems
- Train system users and other support personnel
- Conduct research and development on new security systems and analyze interoperability scenarios
- Communicate technical security-related issues effectively to customers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience, or Associate's with 10+ years, or Bachelor's with 7+ years, or Master's with 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems
- System administrator experience in troubleshooting and resolving system problems
- Reliable attendance at customer sites during required work hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Vendor certifications for electronic systems
- Experience in performing triage on system problems and analyzing system data
