      Your role

      Are you passionate about SRE and application support? Are you motivated to work in a complex, global environment where ideas are valued, and effort is appreciated? Are you at your best when supporting others? We are looking for a Site Reliable Engineer to join our team and help us to:

      •monitor, automate and improve the reliability, performance and availability of Software systems
      •perform application support on ServiceNow to identify issues within the code, working in partner-ship with other team members to resolve them within the agreed service level targets
      •maintain prod and test application environments by performing software releases and infrastructure updates, liaising with development and global support teams
      •minimize the manual efforts by identifying the scope for automation
      •define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
      •build the team’s capability though continuous knowledge sharing and write technical documentation and effectively communicate with business and technical partners in everyday tasks (new requirements, Incidents, requests, reports of ongoing activities, etc.,)

      Your team

      You will join the Service Management Technology and Platform crew in Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Services alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for the global bank. Service Management Technology and Platform crew is responsible for delivery of Ser-vice Management requirements for all platform-based capabilities and delivery of consistent and high-quality solution engineering services according to organizational needs.
      Additionally, provide interface between customer requirements and the core platform team, to then ingest requirements and translate to business deliverables.

      Your expertise

      •ideally, 5+ years of work experience with ServiceNow tool performing SRE Operations, application support, user administration duties and release deployments
      •ideally, 2+ years of proven experience working within high performing production support teams, automating solutions and process enhancements
      •A bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of work experience in an Information Technology field
      •experience in Saas/Cloud environments with adequate vendor management skills
      •ability to prioritize your own workload and work with minimal supervision when required
      •a committed and visionary team player with analytical and logical mind-set
      •willingness to provide 24x7 support and take on-calls when necessary
      • ITIL Certification and Certified System Administration (CSA) is preferred
