- Provide prompt and professional support for packaging machinery parts inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering correct parts for their equipment.
- Process parts orders accurately while maintaining inventory records.
- Learn and develop expertise in VFFS machines, rotary fillers, and stick pack systems .
- Utilize ERP software to track customer interactions and order details.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient parts operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required ; Technical Diploma preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn about packaging machinery.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
