What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to live customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Determine the scope of customer issues effectively and professionally
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Provide troubleshooting for ONT, routers, and voice service while educating customers on their portal accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience in service-specific troubleshooting methods
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to comfortably multi-task with multiple systems and interactions

- Patient with the ability to guide and teach via phone
