      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system across multi-site/multi-instrument integrations
      - Conduct customer entrance interviews to understand needs and manage expectations
      - Plan and execute the on-site integration process, working with implementation project managers
      - Provide technical support and training to customers on newly installed instruments
      - Document customer complaints and resolutions accurately in the complaint handling system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, biology, chemistry, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or with diagnostics products
      - Ability to manage time and territory effectively to meet customer and organizational needs
      - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot instrument and reagent performance issues
      - Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and training sessions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree specifically in medical technology
      - Experience with Abbott Diagnostics products
      - Demonstrated leadership in customer service and account management situations
      - Familiarity with regulatory and validation requirements in laboratory settings
      - Experience in creating customized training programs for clients
