      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute scalable, high-impact data engineering projects that align with organizational goals
      - Partner with technology leaders to develop data strategy, governance, and compliance
      - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multi-program engineering teams
      - Drive innovative data solutions and automate large-scale data processes
      - Serve as a technical point of contact for strategic projects to enhance data excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of management or lead experience
      - Proficiency in SQL, Java, and cloud-based technologies (GCP preferred)
      - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Terraform
      - Strong understanding of Data Science principles and Software Engineering

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of leadership or management experience
      - Certifications in relevant technologies
      - 5 years of management or lead experience preferred
