What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices
- Oversee platform development, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical debt management
- Lead scrum teams in architectural decisions, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with IT standards and security requirements
- Monitor platform performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including development, administration, and architecture
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow products such as CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM, or similar enterprise workflows
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and performance analytics
- Experience designing complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow CTA certification
- ServiceNow CIS certifications in multiple areas (e.g., CSM, SPM, ITSM)
- Experience leading scrum teams in Agile environments
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI integrations and autonomous workflow platforms
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
