      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance on topics related to special education and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS)
      - Assess and provide recommendations on MTSS and related topics to clients, including educators and school leadership
      - Contribute to the development of training materials, toolkits, curricula, and assessment tools
      - Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of resources on MTSS and special education
      - Interact with stakeholders such as state, local, and site-based staff, potential clients, and partner organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in education, special education, youth development, or related fields; or Master's degree
      - Experience providing training and technical assistance on special education and MTSS
      - Knowledge or experience translating content into practice for various stakeholders
      - Working knowledge of MTSS and key elements such as universal screening, progress monitoring, and data-based decision making
      - Prior experience in a non-profit, philanthropic, university, or mission-driven environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an educator or in youth development
      - Experience with virtual training and communication platforms
      - Familiarity with adult learning principles
      - Knowledge of culturally responsive instruction and pedagogy
      - Experience in project management or task coordination
