What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with end users on existing business processes to gather requirements
- Develop and document problem resolution with internal and external technical resources
- Create ad-hoc SQL queries for analysis and translate results into custom report specifications
- Troubleshoot application issues using SQL query tools and MS Excel
- Understand system problem analysis and resolution for both local and remote locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving in a Business Analyst capacity
- Experience writing and executing structured test plans and interpreting functional and technical requirements
- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Information Technology best practices
- Ability to communicate technical topics to all levels of technology users
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI (Cognos)
- Application configuration experience or background as a Software Developer or Engineer
