What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the migration of an on-premises digital fax infrastructure to a cloud-based provider
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Analyze current processes and workflows to enhance efficiency in migration
- Document technical specifications and migration plans
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the migration process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, particularly in cloud migration projects
- Strong understanding of digital fax infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies

- Familiarity with various cloud service providers and digital fax solutions
- Previous experience in a contract role or project-based work
