What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and manage efforts related to Technology Assessment (TA) compliance and daily operations
- Ensure completeness of information for requests submitted through ServiceNow
- Validate vendor technical documentation and compile findings for stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues independently and recommend enhancements to business applications
- Evaluate products for risk, legal compliance, and security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Business Analyst experience
- 1 year of experience using ServiceNow
- 1 year of experience with Google Sheets (Excel)
- Basic familiarity with IT, networking, security, and server infrastructure
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
