What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide warm and professional assistance to customers via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
- Accurately document all interactions using issue tracking systems
- Proactively identify and communicate the need for updates to existing documentation in relevant databases
- Balance responsibilities between handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and non-customer-facing tasks
- Maintain clear communication with customers and management to ensure alignment with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrates punctuality and reliability
- Experience in call center environments and technical troubleshooting or support preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
