What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions applying adult learning principles
- Lead the creation and distribution of technical courseware, including exercises and assessments
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand the needs of partners, customers, and employees
- Create aesthetically superb technical diagrams and content templates
- Translate complex technical concepts into accurate and impactful visual aids
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in curriculum design/development
- 3-5+ years of experience in programming, systems architecture, or database systems
- 5 or more years of experience designing and developing instructional materials for technical audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in curriculum design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating on technical content projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5-9 years of experience in curriculum design and development
- Experience designing content for technical certifications
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- 1-5 years of software programming experience
- Experience leading large projects involving various departments
