What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a criminal background check
- Minimum six months of customer service experience
- High-speed internet access meeting specific requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Contact Center or work from home experience
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured environment
