      Currently we are looking for a TDL in Digital Operations domain where the right candidate will have deep understanding of the OSS - Service fulfillment & orchestration solutions with proven past experience in managing OSS fulfillment and orchestration deliveries. Experience on Nokia’s FlowOne product will be an added advantage.

      Qualifications

      • Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in project management, services/care delivery with OSS domain technical background
      • Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills. Highly organized with strong focus on driving results
      • Sound technologies and business understanding at CNS business units level.
      • Knowledgeable of Core Networks and Business Applications technologies, Nokia portfolio, and business environment.
      • Proven track record in delivering strong financial results in key Core Networks and/or Applications projects.

      Responsibilities

      • Leads central and local technical delivery of domain scope, in coordination with PM and when applicable with E2E TPM.
      • Acts as primary technical interface and first escalation point within the project for relevant Domain Product and Delivery issues.
      • Has full responsibility on Domain technical delivery strategy, ensures delivery in line with committed Domain scope, timelines, key (revenue) milestones, technical delivery costs vs ASBL and quality.
      • Follows and implements AIM methodology/EXECUTE process.
      • Contributes/pushes for acceptance certification for all milestones as defined in the SOW / payment plan.
      • Responsible for the adoption of DevOps blueprints that are available for the product(s) being implemented.
      • Supports Care Handover and project closure with the PM and liaises with the Care contact pre and post project completion.
      • Promotes the use of best practices and reusables for the project.
      • Accountable for E2E SW Upgrade Service (SUS) deliverable for respective Domain.
      • Align and support DDL on delivery sign-off, PTA hand over and, acknowledge S&C Domain delivery plan, scope, cost, solution, resources, risks & acceptance.
      • Track the ASBL at all times & follow NCC process where applicable and provide the cost category details on both EAC, transformation and NCC.
      • Approve time booking in MyERM and ensure cost adherence to ASBL.
      • Ensures that resources adhere to quality standards during deployment.
      • Responsible for Delivery Project Performance management reports and KPIs, for respective Domain.
      • Attend Monthly Project business review and responsible to present the Domain project deliverables and changes.
