  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients
  - Gather business and technical requirements with clients and internal stakeholders, defining project scope and delivery plans
  - Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and profitability
  - Facilitate agile ceremonies and project status meetings to ensure transparency and alignment
  - Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of experience in technical project or delivery management, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
  - Proven track record managing Atlassian cloud migration projects, software development efforts, or large-scale IT initiatives
  - Strong understanding and experience with Atlassian tools — Jira, Confluence, JSM, plugins
  - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to switch contexts between technical teams and business leaders
  - Ability to lead with empathy, influence without authority, and foster collaboration in fast-moving environments
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in consulting and solution-based professional services
  - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  - Developer or architect experience with a solid tech background
  - Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies
