      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and oversee Dialysis Technical training programs for clinical and technical staff
      - Design and implement educational materials and ongoing training sessions
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement practices
      - Track and report data on education programs and recommend updates to technical policies
      - Provide guidance and support to Preceptors and Biomedical Tech positions regarding training and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or higher
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
      - Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
      - National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
      - Demonstrated leadership competencies including excellent communication and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience as a technical services trainer or educator
      - Successful completion of the FMC Biomedical Training Program for Technical Staff
      - Successful completion of the FMC Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
