      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve advanced technical issues for remote users, including network problems and software applications
      - Maintain 90% availability for incoming calls, chats, and emails
      - Provide remote desktop support to assist users in troubleshooting their issues
      - Track and manage issues in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
      - Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and improve customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or additional related college courses or professional training preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of technical service experience supporting software troubleshooting
      - Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
      - Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as home networking
      - Excellent time management and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in online learning technology or education
      - Familiarity with SaaS support environments
      - Experience with mobile device/application support (iOS and Android)
      - Knowledge of tools such as SalesForce, JIRA, and Confluence
      - Experience with remote access tools
