      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide value-add solutions directly to customer sites
      - Act as Voith's representative and Technical Advisor during projects
      - Oversee the safety, quality, schedule, and cost/productivity of assigned projects
      - Lead site labor and manage subcontractors for larger projects
      - Write and follow Field Procedures as needed and produce final reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a college diploma with at least 4 years of related experience
      - Minimum of two years in the hydropower or supporting industry
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
      - Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present to upper management
      - Ability to pass a physical medical exam, drug and alcohol test, respirator qualification test, and background check

      - Experience in large capital industrial projects
      - Familiarity with the hydropower industry
      - Prior experience in project management or leading teams
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions
      - Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project needs
