      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level technical support for IT systems and end users, resolving system failures and issues
      - Monitor and coordinate the operation of electronic computer equipment and database systems
      - Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, taking corrective actions as necessary
      - Install and repair microcomputer hardware and assist users with software requirements
      - Maintain production reports and logs, ensuring accurate job completion and resource allocation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Extensive work experience in a technical support role
      - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
      - Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware failures
      - Specialized external certification in relevant technical fields
      - Ability to work autonomously and provide direction to a team when necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a LAN environment and knowledge of IP networking
      - Familiarity with job-scheduling software and database utilities
      - Strong analytical skills to propose innovative solutions to complex problems
