What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting issues related to Cisco Meraki networks, Azure cloud services, and cloud-hosted infrastructure
- Act as the Cisco Meraki Subject Matter Expert (SME), deploying and maintaining Cisco solutions for enterprise-scale networks
- Administer Azure cloud environments, managing components such as Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and networking
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team on IT projects for internal and external customer portfolios
- Conduct proactive system maintenance, including security audits, backups, and optimizations to ensure compliance and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in System and Network Administration, particularly with Cisco Meraki and Azure cloud platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience managing Azure services, including Active Directory and virtual machines
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management principles, including security and scalability
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Intune and Defender
- Familiarity with networking protocols, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewalls
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
