What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, evaluate, and organize client deliverables for configuration preparation
- Conduct system installations and upgrades as required
- Communicate with clients' technical staff to configure integration with their student information systems (SIS)
- Perform system configuration and testing to ensure successful implementation
- Modify HTML, CSS, or JSP pages to meet customer requests and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience implementing proprietary software solutions
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology
- Ability to configure single sign-on (SSO) across various systems
- Strong time management skills to meet scheduled deadlines
- Self-starter attitude with a natural curiosity for learning

- Experience in a technical implementation role within the higher education sector
- Knowledge of integration processes and protocols related to payment systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
