What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, evaluate, and organize client deliverables for future configuration
- Conduct system installations and upgrades
- Communicate with clients' technical staff to configure integration with their student information systems (SIS)
- Perform system configuration and testing
- Modify HTML, CSS, or JSP pages to accommodate customer requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience implementing proprietary software
- Ability to configure single sign-on (SSO) within various systems
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology
- Proven ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
