      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop scalable and robust systems catering to Mass Markets, Enterprise, and Wholesale customers
      - Enhance service delivery capabilities through workflow improvements, automation, and self-service options
      - Manage JIRA and INC lifecycle, including requirements, ticket tracking, and reporting
      - Lead operational readiness for new Service Delivery product launches
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Service Support, System Support, IVR, or Service Assurance
      - Experience in cross-functional or cross-team projects
      - Strong interest in Chatbot development and automation
      - Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Chatbot Conversational Design
      - Ability to simplify systems and experiences while implementing innovative solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep familiarity with fiber technology and customer experience
      - Master's Degree and/or technical certifications
      - Strong technical experience in telecommunications or software development
