- Lead the development and maintenance of applications using RPGLE AS/400 RPG DB2/400 and AS400/COBOL.
- Oversee the technical design and implementation of solutions within the Cards and Payments domain.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices for coding standards and software development.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and provide training as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Must have strong experience in RPGLE AS/400 RPG DB2/400 and AS400/COBOL.
- Must have domain expertise in Cards and Payments.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in RPGLE AS/400 RPG DB2/400 and AS400/COBOL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a dedicated individual who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
