- Oversee the design and coding of complex Python scripts to support data analysis and automation tasks.
- Provide technical expertise in PL/SQL to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of supply chain analytics solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and efficiency in supply chain processes.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
- Possess strong experience in o9 Supply Chain Analytics Python and PL/SQL.
- Have a solid understanding of demand management and supply chain management principles.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
