Role name Technical Lead Role Description • Investigate technologies and approaches to be taken for CMOD migrations from other IBM products and third-party vendors• Provide input for CMOD Migration Solution Methodology and Toolset design• Design and document superior technical solutions for CMOD migrations• Easily recognize migration deficiencies and design effective solutions• Provide input and facilitate CMOD migration toolset requirements, design and user documentation • Provide input for service offerings based on proprietary CMOD migration tool set design • Mentor developers and peers on CMOD migration standards
Competencies Enterprise Content Management Experience (Years) 6-8
Essential Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or MIS and/or equivalent experience• 5-8 years of professional services experience• 5+ years CMOD implementation experience• CMOD high-level design and requirements gathering• CMOD installation and configuration• CMOD user and system administration• CMOD initial system load• CMOD troubleshooting, system log and monitoring• CMOD maintenance and CMOD commands to manage the solution• CMOD Web Enablement Kit installation and configuration• Mainframe zOS and System 390 CMOD platform solutions including DB2, OAM, Enhanced Retention Management, Report Distribution understanding with ODF and RDF, TSM, 390 Indexer, PDF indexer, Generic indexer, ACIF, data streams including Xerox, EBCDIC, AFP, ASCII and others• Multiplatform and zOS CMOD experience preferred• Experience with ECM products and integration to third party systems• Completion of the IBM CMOD Certification Program• Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Amazon cloud, IBM Softlayer, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service (SaaS), and IBM SaaS/Cloud offerings would be a plus• Excellent verbal and written communications
