Technical Lead - C++
Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in C++, you will play a critical role in managing technology within projects, providing essential technical guidance and solutions to ensure the successful completion of work. Your expertise will drive the team towards excellence in coding standards and best practices, enhancing productivity, and maintaining compliance throughout the project lifecycle. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In C++ Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance The Technical Capabilities Of Team Members Through Mentorship And Training In C++ And Embedded Systems, Fostering A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Stakeholders, Focusing On Minimizing Exposure And Addressing Risks Throughout The Project, And Managing Escalations Effectively.Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In C++ Programming With A Solid Understanding Of Embedded Device Development.
2. Familiarity With Software Development Methodologies And Coding Best Practices.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Make Informed Technical Decisions.
4. Experience With Windows Development And Integration With C++ Applications.Certification
