      Senior Business Analyst with HL7 (Health Level Standard)

      Job Summary
      The Senior Business Analyst (HL7 (Health Level Standard)) plays a crucial role in analyzing healthcare data and systems using the HL7 standard. They are responsible for interpreting and implementing HL7 standards to facilitate interoperability and data exchange within healthcare systems. (1.) Key Responsibilities
      1. Analyze healthcare data integration requirements and provide solutions using hl7 standards.
      2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to hl7 standards in system development.
      3. Develop and maintain hl7 interfaces for seamless data exchange between healthcare applications.
      4. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hl7 interface issues and data mapping discrepancies.
      5. Stay updated with the latest hl7 standards and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency in data exchange processes.

      Skill Requirements
      1. Proficiency in hl7 (health level 7) standards and its implementation in healthcare systems.
      2. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex healthcare data integration requirements.
      3. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
      4. Knowledge of healthcare information systems and data exchange protocols.
      5. Familiarity with software development life cycle (sdlc) and project management principles in healthcare it projects.
