Job Locations: Addison, TX (Hybrid - 3 Days office and two days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

• Implement and maintain enterprise-level applications and systems.

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and address any technical impediments.

• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.

• Experience: Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MCSD, AWS, or ITIL can be beneficial.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
