  Infosys is seeking a Technical Lead- Feature-as-a-Service. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; Play an important role in ensuring the latest features and improvements are deployed on time to the millions of broadband devices through periodic releases ; Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
  
  Required Qualifications:
  Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fountain Valley, CA or willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
  Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  Min 4 years of overall IT experience
  Translate Business Requirements to Technical Requirements: Convert complex business needs into precise technical specifications for Hyundai/Kia’s connected car systems.
  Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of infotainment services.
  Production Issue Resolution: Lead root cause analysis and resolve 30–40 technical issues monthly to maintain high system availability.
  System & Data Validation: Support backend validation and system integrity checks, including SQL-based reviews.
  Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and operational guides for knowledge transfer and compliance.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
  DevOps and CI/CD: Contribute to DevOps process improvements and CI/CD pipeline refinements.
  Lifecycle Management: Oversee complete lifecycle execution from requirement discovery to production deployment and compliance documentation.
  Strategic Decision-Making: Make timely, data-driven decisions during critical production incidents and deployment rollouts.
  Business-Driven Systems Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of infotainment platforms to align IT solutions with business strategy.
