- Minimum 10+ Years of Total IT experience
- 2+ Years of working experience in Planet Press Connect
- 2+ years of Mapics Legacy experience .
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts
- Working experience in Service Now for incident/Change/Problem management is an added advantage
- Should have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in onshore-offshore model and prior experience in leading a small offshore team is a plus.
- Willing to work in shifts as needed & be on-call to support production application outside Business hours & weekends is must.
