      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of the employer's platform by utilizing the best development techniques and architectural patterns
      - Own and ensure the resolution of complex problems through effective communication and collaboration within technical teams
      - Find opportunities to share knowledge and lessons learned across delivery teams
      - Delegate tasks and support teammates to ensure their success
      - Identify and prioritize technical debt reduction opportunities with product line leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in Computer Science or related field, equivalent trade school degree, or equivalent work experience
      - 8+ years in a software engineering role, with 12+ years preferred
      - Highly proficient in specified languages and technologies
      - Experience working effectively in a global virtual environment
      - Ability to design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud architectures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AWS and Cloud certifications
      - Prior Technical Lead experience
      - Project Management experience
