Provide medical expertise and support to the business, customers, and the whole team.
Conduct internal and external trainings throughout the country.
Ensure knowledge support and technical coaching to the sales team.
Active KOL board management - identifying KOLs, planning activities, maintaining long-term relationships with opinion leaders, universities, institutes.
Actively participate in scientific or technical events and congresses in the country.
Analyses customer issues and objections and provide medical expertise.
Leverage the image of the company by efficient communication regarding products, devices, and solutions, showing benefits and value to the customer.
Collect, collate, analyses, and disseminate relevant market information, including competitor analysis, product performance, commercial performance, and sales data to support the identification of sales opportunities.
Support the creation of content and deliver technical training and coaching to the sales team, ensuring adequate understanding and knowledge transfer on products and diseases.
Involvement in digital activities (marketing and educational campaigns).
Ensure a constant information flow and knowledge transfer to Account Specialists and cooperate with regional team in Europe.
Co-creation of sales and marketing strategies, as well as commitment to Zoetis' sales targets.
Cooperation with marketing and support Regulatory team (adverse reactions, communication within the PV team in Poland and abroad).
Veterinary University degree
Post-graduate studies in CA or Diagnostics nice to have
3-4 years of experience medical/technical position in the animal health or its related business
Willingness to travel frequently (mobile work across Poland)
Strong understanding of the animal health market
Strong relationship management capability
Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills, experience in public speaking
Able to explain highly technical issues in a simplified and understandable manner
Very good computer skills (MS Office)
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
Driving license cat. B

Position purpose:
The person in that role will be responsible for medical support of internal and external stakeholders for CA, Equine and Diagnostic portfolio, by providing high quality technical activities and advice, resulting in unparalleled value to our customers and the Zoetis business. Additionally the candidate effectively manages and coordinates business relationships with selected customers located in ½ of Poland; supports achieving the growth objectives of the Zoetis business in the country; properly implements and executes the medical activities supporting business; manages relationships with KOLs across the country.
