- Responsible for or participate in marketing tasks in the launch process for specified product silos, including product data review and store structure naming and marketing content, keyword research, technical catalog page review, marketing page creation/ update/ collaboration, Web store Overview page review, PR generation, Web store testing, and microsite updates.
- Improve our customers’ specifying and purchasing experience by creating or collaborating on product-related content for specified product silos, including vehicles such as technical articles/tutorials for publication online or in print, ideas/guidance for videos, and product selection guides.
- Responsible for or participate in marketing tasks in the product promotion campaigns for specified product silos, including print ad development, product-focused targeted marketing (print and online).
- Special-purpose or ongoing projects/tasks that increase ADC’s presence in the market, including such programs as educational institution support, public relations events, and business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing, journalism or technical field preferred (with emphasis on technical communication/writing)
- Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical field, preferably industrial controls
- Requires broad understanding of technical marketing
- Experience using Microsoft Office products required
- Experience in technical product marketing or documentation a plus
- Experience using Adobe InDesign publishing software a plus
Technical Marketer
Objective:Generate various marketing collateral for use in a wide range of print and online vehicles. Work closely with Product Managers to launch and market their product categories.
