- Client Implementation & Setup
- Set up integrations with platforms such as Zenoti, Nextech, PatientNow, Boulevard, Meta Ads, CallRail, and more
- Customize pipelines, automations, contact imports, and marketing settings
- Implement DNS records for Mailgun and domains on Godaddy, Cloudflare, & other providers
- Configure AI solutions based on company approved prompts for conversational and voice AI products
- Training & Enablement
- Create training documentation or screen recordings for clients as needed.
- Proactively identify training gaps and address them with self-serve or 1:1 solutions.
- Project Management
- Manage technical onboarding tasks via Clickup
- Escalate technical or data migration issues to engineering/support when appropriate.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to align onboarding outcomes with account growth and long-term success.
- Support
- Assist in technical support tickets when raised to level 2 specialist
- Develop help articles to address gaps in documentation to help customers find answers faster.
- 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, or SaaS customer success roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort configuring integrations and workflows in CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-confident leading video calls and writing help docs.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; can manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack, Clickup, and EMR integrations (e.g., Zenoti, Nextech, Boulevard) is a plus.
- Experience in the medical aesthetics or healthcare space is a strong bonus.

Role Overview
