      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an Onboarding Specialist, providing technical expertise and guidance during the rostering and provisioning process for school districts
      - Engage with educator inquiries through Kiddom Roster Support cases
      - Ensure accurate curriculum provisioning and manage data import/export processes in compliance with student data privacy laws
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a positive onboarding experience
      - Document onboarding procedures and contribute to process improvements for future implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical solution design or architecture, with at least 3 years in the K-12 EdTech industry
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical processes to non-technical stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other educational platforms
      - Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions and strong analytical skills for troubleshooting access issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working in a product management or technical consulting role within the EdTech space
      - Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise-scale solutions for large school districts or educational organizations
      - Familiarity with change management strategies for transitioning educational environments
