      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business owners to define project goals, solution scope, and implementation approach
      - Optimize live user workflows and capabilities based on key metrics and user feedback
      - Develop detailed user stories for new features with measurable outcomes
      - Create short- and long-term roadmaps for product development
      - Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and support execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of product management experience in technology or a SaaS product
      - Experience with data-driven solution design and software development methodologies
      - Product development experience in healthcare technology
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with software development environments and coding languages
      - Experience with EHR, practice management, or population health products
      - Knowledge of alternative payment models in primary care
      - Understanding of clinical quality measurement and SQL
      - Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
