      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with DoD end users to understand mission needs and architect RFID integrations
      - Guide the development team through product design, agile sprints, and feature delivery
      - Engage in solution discussions with engineers and write user stories that align with customer needs
      - Travel to end-user sites to gather insights and validate designs
      - Prioritize customer needs into epics, user stories, and tasks to ensure impactful feature delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
      - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and hardware integration
      - Experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs
      - Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and team inspiration
      - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a timely manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with RFID technology
      - Background as a software or systems engineer
      - Proven track record of delivering solutions in DoD or similarly complex environments
      - Familiarity with "GitOps" practices
