  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
  - Analyze and interpret CMS Interoperability regulations and translate them into technical specifications
  - Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business and data requirements for FHIR-based APIs
  - Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions meet privacy and security standards
  - Drive the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, managing sprints and backlogs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  - Proven experience of 3+ years in technical product management or a similar role
  - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  - Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - HL7 FHIR certification
  - Experience in the payer domain with knowledge of payer workflows and data management
  - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  - Experience with EHRs and solid experience in the healthcare industry
  - Data mapping source to target experience
