      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with DoD end users to understand mission needs and architect effective RFID solutions
      - Prioritize user needs into epics, stories, and tasks to ensure impactful feature delivery
      - Engage in technical discussions with engineers and create user stories that connect customer needs with implementation
      - Maintain open communication across teams to keep product development aligned with strategic goals
      - Conduct user site visits to gather insights and validate designs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
      - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and hardware integration
      - Experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs
      - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team inspiration
      - U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a Secret clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background as a software or systems engineer
      - Hands-on experience with RFID technology
      - Experience in leading digital experience development for mobile devices
      - Familiarity with user research methodologies and the ATO/RMF process in DoD software accreditation
      - Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred
