What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues over the phone in a fast-paced environment
- Create and document case histories and manage case logs
- Develop Knowledge Base Articles based on case resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Manage incoming calls in the queue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical or computer-related degree
- Minimum of 2 years providing technical support (phone, email, and/or on-site)
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware-related issues
- Strong customer service and support skills, including telephone communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce is a plus
