Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to identify and collect requirements for next-generation data centers.
Build, manage, and implement comprehensive long-term programs, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and establishing progress checkpoints. and is able to anticipate and manage risks associated with change through appropriate prioritization.
Work with data center and hardware teams to find creative solutions to hard problems, and co-develop solutions and mitigation strategies.
Lead planning with key internal partners on capacity demands with engineering roadmaps and data center expansions.
Develop program plans for government grants and initiatives.
Translate program requirements into Basis Of Design documents.
Bring together team members and foster a collaborative approach to delivery while holding team members accountable to action items and timelines.
Document and communicate risks, assumptions, and constraints using historical data and expert judgment in order to understand program limitations
Outstanding long-term planning and execution skills to carry our data center lifecycle planning.
Strong grasp of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, with a preference for experience in managing High Performance Compute data centers.
12+ years of experience providing program and project management leadership for data center projects covering construction of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing with large-scale server, storage, and network deployments.
Adaptive to changes in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, demonstrating ownership and a mission-focused attitude.
Proficient in generating impactful metrics, reports, and dashboards to highlight project health and status.
Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across organizational and technical domains.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to lead effectively across cultures and geographies.
BS or MS degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure (hardware and software) data center (electrical and mechanical) technologies including experience with colocation data center environments.
Experience with direct to chip liquid cooling.
Knowledge of Primavera or other scheduling tools.
Accreditation by AACE, PMI, or similar institutions.
Demonstrated ability to use data to identify key issues for the business and lead continuous improvement initiatives
