  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive platforms bring-up and program decisions using embedded system concepts and hardware/software interfaces
  - Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams
  - Ensure visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas
  - Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities, and drive progress on execution
  - Provide hands-on program management throughout all phases of development and implementation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Hardware Engineering
  - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  - Experience leading technology investments from innovation to delivery
  - Demonstrated ability to manage execution across complex products and programs
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Android or existing VR technologies
  - Familiarity with sensors and computer vision
  - Background in device software companies
  - Experience interfacing with hardware components from a software perspective
