      WHO we’re looking for:
      We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (Digital Health) who will be responsible for managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules to deliver the projects on time. This includes figuring out innovative processes for efficiently planning, implementing, and delivering Digital Health projects. You will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to influence business and technical leaders to contribute to continue success to Digital Health. Be passionate about the projects and delivering quality products in a timely manner. You should be highly motivated with a strong technical background in program management.
      Role and Responsibilities:
      · Work with global teams to ensure that technology integration projects are delivered as per the requirements with high quality and on time.
      · Identify stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, executives) across multiple geographies.
      · Use effective project/program management techniques to work closely with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
      · Own end-to-end project delivery with a focus of on-time and high quality. Define and track project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders.
      · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, issues and contingency plans.
      · Communicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholders on structured status report and presentation slides.
      · Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately.
      · Lead and drive process change and improvement.
      · Develop and manage program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
      · Contribute to R&D efforts by creating high-value products that address unmet enterprise market needs.
