Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of software releases. Develop release plans and timelines, and ensure adherence to best SDLC practices.
Coordinate resources and dependency alignment to ensure coherent and smooth software release execution.
Manage stakeholder communication with clarity and high transparency. Provide regular program health updates, track performance metrics, and share status reports to key collaborators and senior management
Collaborate with external customers and business partners to gather requirements, track bugs and address concerns.
Work closely with engineering & product management teams to lead pivotal initiatives that pertain to improving bottlenecks in release execution, software deployment, productivity oriented improvements and more.
Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of processes.
BS/MS in Computer science or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years proven track record in Technical Program Management or related role
Deep technical skills to work closely with engineering team and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, API's and AI/ML solutions
Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies.
Customer focused and outcome driven approach leveraging metrics and KPIs.
Solid project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.
Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.
Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.
Analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to play a critical role in leading projects that impact execution for NVIDIA Maxine – a comprehensive suite of SDKs, applications and Cloud APIs that enables different broadcast streaming & video conferencing features. In this role, you will play a significant part in crafting and guiding the future of the Maxine experience! You will collaborate closely with engineers, leaders and customers to understand requirements and plan and supervise execution to meet project goals and to meet organizational objectives. In partnership with senior engineering leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your projects, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our delivery processes. You will inspect and assess project health; guide corrective analysis as needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD.
