What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead agile ceremonies for program teams, fulfilling scrum master duties
- Oversee technical program and project delivery within the security portfolio
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure secure development lifecycles
- Coordinate with leadership during FY27 planning
- Support the implementation of security and AI-driven product initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Agile Program Manager
- Background as a Scrum Master or in Agile software development
- Strong understanding of security principles and SDLC security processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in security-focused SaaS companies (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Duo, CyberArk, Ping Identity)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required
- Exposure to infrastructure security, application security, or development lifecycle security
